MONTHLY WELLNESS GROUP
Ying is excited to announce this year's line up of topics for the Monthly Wellness Group!

This line up is designed to progressively move you towards better health in many areas of your life, and help you stay on track with your New Year's resolutions.

WHAT IS THE MONTHLY WELLNESS GROUP?

This group began as a complimentary service with Ying's Six Month Personalized Nutrition Program, as one of her missions is to provide clients with ongoing community support and lifelong learning opportunities around healthier ways of eating and living.  In 2009, Ying is opening up this group to all those on the path to health who:

  •    don't wish to go it alone
  •    want to expand their knowledge and skills around self-care
  •    want accountability in their goals
  •    want nutrition services that are more affordable
  •    want to sustain the positive changes they're making
