COMMUNITY COOKING CLASSES
Community Cooking Classes
I am thrilled to announce: 2010 COOKING CLASS SERIES is finally here!
Starting in February, I will be offering monthly cooking classes that are designed to be fun, informative, and appropriate for both the novice and experienced cook.
What you'll learn in upcoming classes:
- Quick & easy meal and snack ideas
- How to make vegetables taste good
- How to use crock pots and pressure cookers
- Kitchen gadgets that save time
- Delicious & healthy desserts
- Surviving food allergy & sensitivities
- Foods that energize, satisfy, and digest well
- How to enliven your taste buds
These classes will be taught by local whole foods chef Emily Vogt or myself. Food samples and recipes will be provided, and menus will be announced in advance. Whenever possible, ingredients will be fresh, organic and local, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free.
TESTIMONIAL:
I've had a problem of never liking vegetables my entire life (it's a texture thing). At the end of my first class with Ying, I was a changed man. She altered my way of thinking and showed me how to make veggies taste good. I highly recommend her to anybody, beginners to advanced!

SPECIAL THANKS:
Our beautiful new kitchen was designed and renovated (in record time and with lots of love!) by Ying's mom. So we would like to offer our deepest gratitude to her for making these community classes possible. THANKS MOM!
